We had a big group of people and all ordered different dishes to share. The food was average and tasty, if you just want a good feed then this is a good place to come too! I had the wonton noodle soup, the broth was ok and the wontons were yummy but the noodles were awful and there was far too many jammed into my bowl. We also had the sweet and sour fish, hot and spicy chicken (wasn't spicy) and some duck, all tasty. We wanted the mussels but they didnt have any which was really disappointing as we had checked the menu before coming and wanted those specifically. The atmosphere was alright, a busy Chinese restaurant, our server was awesome! Some might say pushy but I thought it was all part of the experience!
The restaurant was tidy and clean, could do with a good dusting and wipe down, tbere were no flies or signs of pests anywhereso thats a bonus! I would come here again.

During our holiday visit to Tauranga for a few days, my son was craving authentic Chinese food. We stumbled upon this gem and were thrilled with our find. The food is truly authentic and absolutely delicious.
The lady who served us was very nice and gave excellent recommendations. We enjoyed our meal so much that we went back two days in a row!
Overall, if you're looking for a great authentic Chinese dining experience in Tauranga, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

The lady was very welcoming and courteous. She catered to my needs and took the time to show interest in my journey to her venue. Which isn't a common occurrence in Chinese restaurants; usually you're in & out in a flash as the staff are ultra busy, but here it was a refreshing change. My food was delicious, will definitely order again, however I'll be requesting more veggies next time as this left me wanting more.
